Iran is ready to reinitiate atomic discussions with Washington on condition that it is handled with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue produced results, and revealed fresh requests had been made by go-betweens to restart talks with the US government. He said Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to access struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Navigating a Challenging Course

The foreign minister is walking a complex route since Iran does not want be seen to be operating from a stance of vulnerability, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen stronger defensively and mentally from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.

He was addressing at a security conference in Tehran where he reaffirmed that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to enrich uranium domestically that it will perpetually retain" – the primary cause of the stalemate in the previous talks.

Prior Negotiations Abruptly Ended

The previous five rounds of negotiations between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and acrimonious conclusion on 12 June when the Israeli government, with US support, targeted Tehran's atomic facilities in a fortnight-long engagement that culminated with the American leader declaring the sites had been eliminated. Subsequently, Western states used their privilege to reimpose global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a substantial consequence.

Ideal Resolution Suggested

Iranian officials stated they felt they had reached a "magic solution" to the uranium processing matter in earlier negotiations, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with American involvement could refine atomic fuel. The two nations would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have continued and the US could be certain that Iran's nuclear programme was exclusively peaceful.

It had not been decided in the talks that US nuclear scientists could function within Iranian territory, but that was a natural consequence of the partnership suggestion. Representatives asserted repeatedly they had reached agreement with the US representative Steve Witkoff only for the agreement to collapse due to "opponents in the US".

Existing Status

Iranian officials declared the partnership proposal was now off the table, but it seems quite possible the suggestion could be resurrected in various formats if negotiations reopen.

Trump in recent days claimed he had been obtaining communications that Iran sought to resume discussions, but privately Tehran representatives say they are not yet obtaining coherent offers from Washington either straightforwardly or from important Middle Eastern intermediaries, such as the Qatari government, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The Iran's state department has been accused of passivity in the aftermath of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Iran states negotiations is not part of a performance.

Political Position

In his speech to the forum, intended to depict the US as a dominant force that abuses the concept of global regulations, the foreign minister declared the fortnight-long engagement demonstrated the dispute could not be resolved by armed force. He stated the assaults started with a Washington's ultimatum for an total Iran submission and ended with an absolute demand for a truce.

Iran is assured the first strikes by Israel were executed with complete American awareness and cooperation, making trust hard to rebuild.

Dialogue Stays the Final Solution

Araghchi declared: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted diplomacy; it was America and the Western nations that had always tried to impose their desires during the negotiations. Diplomacy can still be viable and continues the final resolution to address conflicts, but its requirements, guidelines and principles must be respected."

Recovery and Reconstruction

In what is described by Tehran representatives as the conflict of recovery and reconstruction, Araghchi stated he was confident Iran's security strengths "are considerably enhanced than before 13 or 14 June of this year. Every aspect of our defense have been reestablished. We acquired multiple understandings from this conflict; we have discovered our personal limitations and the vulnerabilities of the opponent."

He stated: "We successfully passed this conflict. Our enrichment knowledge, which they intended to destroy, stays intact. The facilities and equipment, if damaged, will be restored; what is essential is the resolve of the Iranian people and then the unity of the country that they sought to undermine, but were unable to destroy. The citizens of Tehran have developed more powerful, more united, and more backing of the leadership and the nation in the aftermath of this invasion."
